Mr. Georgi, has enjoyed exceptional success around the world in acquiring and quickly developing a variety of companies into multi-million dollar, multi-national industry leaders over the last 30 years. These industries span high-performance speaker systems, large format printing, one-hour photo processing, and high-tech investments. In addition, he holds patents for developing sonar systems for the French nuclear submarine. He credits his success to building and directing high-performance teams and to successfully developing world-renowned R&D groups. His business activities span EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), North America, and Asia. He started his career serving in the French Air Force and then contributing to the management of Texas Instruments Europe. Mr. Georgi earned an MBA and a master’s degree in Electronic Engineering. He holds a commercial pilot license with jet ratings.

Mr. Dubois, was last president of a 2000-employee company, leader in the micro manufacturing industry, has a strong global technology background and a successful track record in entering emerging industries with new technologies in large-scale, complex systems. Mr. Dubois has earned an MBA and a Master's degree in fuels and engines.

Mr. Vavasseur, has enjoyed success in turn-arounds, ownership and management of various companies across many industries. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity raisings, debt placements, and business valuations. He earned his degree in Economics from the University of Paris in France.

Ms. Carter, has held senior management positions with Nordstrom, Hewlett-Packard, 20^th Century Fox, and AT&T over the last 20 years. She has developed and directed teams of engineers and technicians in the US, Europe, and Asia/Pacific to test and implement new products and services. She has developed new businesses with large and small companies and has started new business ventures for several companies. Ms. Carter has earned an MBA and a degree in Mathematics.

Mr. Williams, is a former pilot for the US Air Force (top graduate/lead-in fighter training from the US Air Force Academy). He has spent the last five years developing new business ventures in operations consulting, freelance financial brokering and arbitration. He earned an MBA and a degree in finance, economics and engineering.

A Board of Directors, including highly qualified business and industry professionals/experts, will assist our management team in making appropriate decisions and taking the most effective action. Additionally, our outside management advisors provide tremendous support for management decisions and creativity.

Ms. Knapp, is a world-renowned pilot holder of over 100-world aviation speed records in jets. She owned and operated a very successful Air Charter company, served as chair of the California Commission on Aviation and Airports and is now the president of the trusteeship of Southern California and a leading real estate broker for Sotheby’s International Realty Beverly Hills and a member of several prestigious business groups. She brings an in-depth knowledge of the aviation and the business communities through her own successes and through her extensive business contacts.

Mr. Perry, former US Air Force pilot, is a retired captain from United Airlines and is a former aviation attorney of the California Bar Association.
